Yes, we allow an extension of your event rental at an additional hourly rate.

The client or their vendors are responsible for removing everything that has been brought in for the event (rentals, food, beverage, decor, etc.) and also for disposing of all garbage into the trash bins that we provide. After everything is removed, our staff handles the final cleanup, including bringing out all garbage to the curb to be collected.

Yes, we have two elevators which go to all floors and the Roof Deck.

Yes, all areas of the venue and building lobby are easily accessible for guests who use wheelchairs. We have ADA approved restrooms on our 11th & 10th Floors. Guests on the Penthouse level can easily access the ADA approved restrooms on our lower floors via the elevators.
