Seasonal Specialty Cocktails

Deborah Miller Catering & Events handcrafts each of our Specialty Cocktails with seasonal and fresh ingredients! As we embark on the changing of seasons, our Culinary team has been hard at work! From our internal Mixologist & Executive Chef, we present a fun & easy option for you!

Pomegranate & Clementine Sangria

What you will need:

  • 1 Bottle of a Clean & Crisp White Wine ~ We recommend a Chenin Blanc
  • 6oz of Clementine Vodka ~ We Recommend Svedka Clementine
  • 1 Small Bottle of Pom Juice
  • 1 Cup of Pomegranate Seeds
  • 4 Fresh Clementines
  • 8 Dried Cinnamon Sticks

Let’s begin!

Combine white wine, vodka and triple sec into a large pitcher. In a shaker, add your simple syrup and half a bottle of Pom, cover and shake hard to blend the two ingredients. Add the Pom juice and simple combination to the pitcher, and stir. Slice two of the clementine’s and add to the pitcher and chill for 2 hours. Prepare your glassware with a cinnamon & sugar rim, add ice, toss in a few pomegranate seeds, and a slice of clementine, and pour your sangria over top of the ice. Garnish with cinnamon stick, and enjoy!
